The original Signature Range comprised of 24 uniquely flavoured chocolates
The Signature range consisted of dark, milk and white chocolates containing unique and exciting flavours. To me this is what fine, artisan chocolate is about – creating something new, different and exciting. I always insisted on making my ganaches with fresh cream and the highest quality of chocolate and would never use artificial flavourings.
A number of my chocolates received regional and national awards, despite developing these recipes from scratch in my spare time whilst holding down a full time job. Receiving these awards I believe helped to reflect the quality of the recipes.

“The inspiration for my signature range came from my desire to produce chocolate a bit more unusual from the norm, while maintaining great taste. The flavour combinations to many seemed unusual at first, but they are different and exciting, but most importantly I think they work! I also firmly believe that the process of tasting a product begins before you actually put it in your mouth, which is why I would spend so much time on the visual aspect of my chocolates.”
