This year (2013) The Choc Doc was awarded a GOLD star for both his “Spice Orange & Olive Oil” and “Pink Peppercorn Praline” chocolates. The third chocolate received very positive reviews with suggestions that have been since taken on board, on how to improve the flavour in order to make it award-worthy.

The Taste of the West awards are another annual award covering the regions including Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucester, Somerset & Wiltshire. The Choc Doc submitted three chocolates for consideration from his Signature Range and all three were deemed worthy of awards! Early Grey Tea and Gianduja Ganache both won Bronze while Tahitian Vanilla won Silver award – the highest award given in this class (Chocolate). Furthermore, The Choc Doc was the most awarded chocolatier in this class.
